The New Owner

Welcome Cara Mia Pizzeria’s new owner Aaron Wilson.

Aaron was born and raised in Melbourne and has worked in hospitality his entire career - so he knows good pizza and Italian food.

He has been a Gold Coast local for a few years now and looks forward to continuing the pizzerias legacy and adding his own touch and flare with some new items to the menu.

We believe that eating isn't just about feeding your body. It's about nourishing the soul, too. And life is too short for mediocre soul food. We make sure every dish that we serve satisfies your entire being. Crispy, savory, sweet, juicy, satisfying. Whatever you crave is what we want to serve.

Cara Mia Pizzeria was born on a summer's day in early 2020. After years of eating mediocre pizza, we decided to drop everything and build the pizzeria of our dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky interior design, great music, wine and super hip atmosphere.
